Visit Payments in the My Account menu. If your Membership shows an "Expiry date" rather than a "Next Billing Date", your membership has been cancelled. You will no longer be automatically charged.
To cancel a product that still has a Next Billing Date, click Cancel next to the product you no longer want. Let us know why you're cancelling, and we'll cancel the product and email you to confirm. If you cancel your monthly membership, you won't be charged again, but you are responsible for all charges made before you cancel. Refunds will not be issued for previous charges.
