In most cases, you can complete the Identity Badge of your Background Check without uploading any documents. Make sure to enter your passport or licence details correctly so the system can verify your identity on the spot.
If you weren't able to be verified automatically, you'll see an area to upload documents proving your name and address. When you upload documents, they're sent straight away to our support team and are reviewed within a couple of business days.
Our support team will contact you once your Identity Badge is awarded, or will reach out with more questions if there's still an issue approving your Identity badge.
